Ridiculous service after photo centre. We took two passport photos at this staples on 23-jan and only one was able to download. The otp was not receiving to my mobile number, which i have gave to the staples. I reached the store next day they couldn’t find the photo in their computer system. Not a good service for the money and time. I had to go back and change dress to take a new photo.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STAPLES IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR YOUR SANITY! I have literally never been more disappointed with a retailer in my entire life. I ordered a simple framed photo in SEPTEMBER that was promised to be delivered within 10 business days. it is now literally NOVEMBER!!!! I had to call the store and speak with the associates FOUR separate times to inquire about when my piece might be ready for pick up. Each time I was told that it was a third party who did the printing and they would have it to me soon. This was fine, I truly do not mind a delay, things happen, I get it! But, when I called today I was informed that the reason it hadn’t been shipped was because there was “no print file” attached to the order. First of all, why was no one able to tell me this the three other times I’d called? Second of all, why did I receive a confirmation email that said everything went through correctly after placing the order if it did not actually go through? Great questions! I asked them to both an associate and the manager of the print department and no one was able to tell me. The only option I was given to fix this was to refund my order (which by the way, you can only get a refund if you go into the store) and then re order. This is ridiculous. There should have been an option to add the inexplicably elusive print file, or I should have been able to receive a refund and then get my picture sent to me for free. Every step of this process was a masterclass in poor communication, lack of consideration and common sense , and quite frankly, an embarrassing lack of training on staples part. I do not blame the associates, they are just doing the best they can at their job. This is the fault of whoever failed to train and adequately support these employees in understanding what proper customer service looks like. I hate to be this person, but I absolutely will never ever shop here again.
